Pilot programme · Public institutions
Our enterprise architecture team comes to you.
Work in a public institution? Request a dedicated pilot programme. We come to your offices, choose a real service together and map it with the people who run it every day.
It costs nothing: no licences, no public procurement, no paperwork.

The steps
How a pilot works
- 1
You send the request
A few lines about your institution and the service that gives you headaches. It takes two minutes.
- 2
We talk
We call you, understand the context and choose together the right service for the pilot and the people involved.
- 3
We come to you
We work at your offices, in workshops with your team, and describe the service as it runs today.
- 4
You get the architecture
You keep the service model in an open format, a report with recommendations and a team that knows how to use it.
What you get
- The architecture model of the chosen service, in the framework’s open format
- A report on bottlenecks, duplication and concrete next steps
- Hands-on training for the people who took part
- Access to the Public Framework app, with no licences
What we ask
- One contact person who coordinates the pilot on the institution’s side
- A few hours from the colleagues who actually run the service
- A room for the workshops
- Your agreement to share, at the end, what we learned together
Pass it on
Not the one who decides? Send it to someone who does.
A WhatsApp message to your director or your mayor can be the start of a pilot. It takes ten seconds.
Not a civil servant?
Nominate your city hall. At 10 nominations, we write to them and offer the pilot.
