Memorandum of Collaboration

Formalize your institution’s collaboration with Public Framework

A Memorandum of Collaboration sets out what your institution and the Public Framework team do together: pilot projects, interoperability, training or research. Applications are submitted online and receive a registration number right away.

How it works

We email you every time the status changes.

  1. Submit the application

Fill in the form. The confirmation and registration number arrive by email right away.

  2. Review

The team reviews the application and contacts you to clarify the objectives and the people involved.

  3. Memorandum text

You receive a draft memorandum tailored to the chosen areas, and we agree on the final text together.

  4. Signing

Once signed, the institution is listed on the Partners page and the collaboration starts as planned.
