Who it is for

For everyone who describes, builds or reviews public services and needs to speak the same language.

  • Civil servants and public managers

Who lead digitalization projects and need to explain the institution as it actually works.

  • Lawyers

Who connect legislation to the institution’s competences, procedures and documents.

  • IT analysts and architects

Who design systems from processes and administrative objects, not from forms.

  • Vendors and consultants

Who answer tenders and want to deliver solutions consistent with the framework.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to take the course to sit the exam?

For Foundation, no: you can sit the exam after self-study based on the public documentation. For Practitioner we recommend the course, because the case study prepares you directly for the exam scenarios.

Can I go straight to the Practitioner exam?

No. Practitioner builds on the language tested at Foundation, so the Foundation certificate is required.

Which language are the courses and exams in?

Romanian. For groups and partner institutions we can organize sessions in English.

How much does it cost?

Fees will be announced with the first sessions. Institutions that signed a Memorandum of Collaboration can organize dedicated sessions for their own staff.

How is the Practitioner certification renewed?

By passing the exam for the current version of the framework, or by presenting a portfolio of models produced in the last three years.

Dedicated training for your institution

Institutions that sign the Memorandum of Collaboration can run Foundation and Practitioner sessions for their own staff. We announce the calendar of open sessions in the newsletter.
